Blue Care are one of Queensland’s well-known Health and Aged care providers. They required an expansion and renovation to one of their contact centres. The GBS team had installed workstations here many years before, so it was great to hear from them again and help them to complete this project.
With such a busy and productive contact centre, the client wanted to maximise the number of desks in the space but minimise the noise. We worked with the client design the most effective layout by incorporating our Zorb Acoustic products throughout the fitout.
